The location of Ratusha Apartments was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the old city. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great for preparing meals. Additionally, the host was extremely helpful in finding a transfer for us.

One specific situation that happened during my stay was that I had a problem with the shower head. However, the issue was promptly fixed within a day of reporting it.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is if the children working there could provide additional assistance with luggage when needed. As a senior, carrying heavy bags up to the room can be quite challenging.

We had an excellent stay close to restaurants, bars, the opera house, trams, and the city center.

We stayed at Ratusha in a very central location of the city. the apartment was spacious, with three big bedrooms, a large common room, a nice bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Despite the cold weather, the heating in the house kept it warm and cozy. We loved that we could easily walk to many attractions and amenities, with an exchange office just 10m away and a McDonald's across the street. Plus, one of the most famous clubs was only 100m from the house. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

Stayed with 70+ year old relatives and worried about accessibility, but it was not a problem. Central location, huge apartment, paid parking, and excellent nearby restaurant. Olga, the owner, was very helpful, friendly, and cooperative. Flexible check-in and check-out was a lifesaver as we traveled by train. Everything we asked for was brought almost immediately. Wonderful time and wished to stay longer.

We had a lovely weekend at this apartment. the two bedrooms were beautiful, with nice and soft colors that created a cozy atmosphere. the location was superb, right in the heart of the town center, allowing us to experience the vibrant spirit of the city. the owner was incredibly helpful and provided us with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bouquet of flowers upon arrival was a delightful touch.
